Beautyworld 2010 - Concept, News & Highlights

Beautyworld, the number one industry meeting place for all beauty service providers and retailers, will herald the start of the new business year with a new concept and optimised scheduling. From 30 January to 1 February, the International Trade Fair for Perfumery, Toiletries and Cosmetics, will be buying into the motto ‘Follow the trends’. “The mix of exhibition, lecture platform featuring industry experts and trend shows on anti-aging, natural cosmetics and wellness and spa is designed to promote effective communications between beauty experts”, explains Eva Olbrich, Director of Beauty Fairs in Frankfurt. This will enable retailers and manufacturers to jointly exploit the opportunities provided by the crisis. After all, new market strategies and real innovations in the beauty sector are important, particularly at this point in time, in order to target customers and their individual needs precisely, Elmar Keldenich, Managing Director of the German Perfumery Association (Bundesverband Parfümerien e.V.) said.
